What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

I seemed to have a love/hate relationship with the technology that i used whilst creating my music magazines! Whilst i loved using the camera for my photo shoot and experimenting with camera angles, lighting and mode of address, i found using the MACS really difficult at times.
One particular example of technology going wrong, was when i had taken my photographs and i had loaded them onto the MACS,ready to start editing. When i returned to my images a day later to then start converting them onto my front cover, i found a number of them missing. I still don’t really know why some of them went missing, but i realise now that i should have been more careful, and saved them onto a memory stick before leaving them on the computer, because you cannot completely rely on them not being deleted accidentally.
I also had trouble with photo shop because if you make a mistake with a particular tool and you save it, you can never undo the mistake so on many occasions i had to start from scratch when editing photographs.
However photo shop was really useful when allowing me to make my photographs and music magazine front cover look very professional and realistic. Without photo shop i am sure that many of my images would have not have looked half as good as they ended up.
